Print that does not
fail on the morning
of a service.
Order of service. Memorial cards. The invoice that needs to print at four o'clock so the office can close at five. Print is not optional in a funeral practice, and the morning of a service is the worst possible time to discover the toner has run out or the network printer has dropped offline.
Four things, done thoroughly.
- 01
Managed print contracts
Devices supplied, maintained, and stocked on a fixed monthly cost. Toner arrives before it runs out. Service calls resolve same-day. The line item does not change with the seasons.
- 02
Order of service booklets
A4 folded, saddle-stitched, on uncoated stock that doesn't reflect chapel lighting. Proofed digitally, printed and delivered to the practice or chapel as required.
- 03
Memorial & thank-you cards
Cards, bookmarks, donation envelopes. House styles you can re-use, or a one-off for a family who would like something particular.
- 04
Built-in PDF generator
A tool that produces a print-ready order of service from a short form — cover, hymns, readings, photograph — in minutes. Replaces the cost and timetable of a graphic designer per service.
A graphic designer, condensed into a form.
For many practices, the order of service is the single largest variable cost per funeral. The generator removes it.
Cover, programme, hymns, photograph. Out the other side: a print-ready PDF.
Choose a house template, type or paste the order of service, drop in the photograph. A printable A4 PDF is produced at the press of a button — for in-practice printing, or for sending to us to print and deliver.
- — Three house templates, each in two type pairings.
- — Hymn library with the standard English hymnal.
- — Photograph cropping with print-safe bleed.
- — Save as draft, share with the family for sign-off.
Asked before, answered plainly.
Can you keep the printer we already have?
Usually, yes. We audit what’s there, take over the service contract where it makes sense, and replace devices only when the running cost or the failure rate justifies it.
How fast can a booklet be turned around?
Twenty-four hours for standard formats, including delivery. Same-day in South Wales by arrangement. The PDF generator removes most of the lead time, because the design step is gone.
What happens if a device fails on the morning of a service?
You phone the same number you phone for anything else. A loan device is on the road within the hour where geography allows, or the job comes to our office and is delivered by hand.
Do you handle accounts as well as services?
Yes. Letterhead, compliment slips, invoices, condolence registers, signage. Anything a practice prints in volume can sit on the same managed contract.
A print review,
at the practice.
An hour on site. We see what's installed, what it costs you, and what could be done differently. No commitment.
