We visit the practice.
One conversation, on your premises. We set up the venue, the template and the login while we're with you. You make your first booklet before we leave.
You start using it.
The first week is the slowest. By the end of the second, the booklet is faster than the phone call asking for changes used to be.
We stay in the background.
Small edits to your template are part of the licence. New features land quietly. If you have to call often, something has gone wrong.
Plainly stated. The price below is the recommended figure; in practice most directors pay less.

What practices actually pay.
Considerably less, in nearly every case. We price the licence per practice rather than per click, factoring in the number of venues, the existing relationship, and whether you'd like the printed booklets handled by us as well. A single-venue practice on a managed-print contract pays the least.
We'd rather quote on a conversation than publish a shop window. Spend ten minutes with us and you'll have an honest number, in writing, before we leave.
Asked, before they buy.
How long does a typical booklet take to make?
Eight to twelve minutes from blank to print-ready PDF, once your house template is set. The first time you use a template takes a little longer; from the second service onward it's quick.
Who can use it inside the practice?
Any staff member. One login per venue, shared by the people who need it. The five-year licence sits on the venue, not on a named individual, so staff turnover doesn't cost you anything.
Do we have to take a managed-print contract too?
No. The tool stands alone. If you'd rather we print and deliver the booklets as well, we'll cost that separately and it's usually below what a graphic designer plus a copy shop would bill.
What happens at the end of the five-year licence?
You renew. We do not raise prices without telling you well in advance, and the renewal cost is always at or below the original — we'd rather keep a relationship than charge for inertia.
Can we see it before we commit?
Yes. We visit the practice, show the tool on your screen, and walk through a real order of service with you. No slide deck, no follow-up sequence.
